Rocky River, Ohio - On Tuesday afternoon the Avon Lake Shoremen faced off against the Padua Bruins in game 2 of the Rocky River Holiday Classic. Avon Lake came into this game undefeated at 6-0 while Padua was 1-5.

Winning the tip was Avon Lake and Isaac Richardson was hit with a backdoor cut to get the first points of the game. Derek McCrum also scored an and-one layup in transition after getting his defender in the air with a pump fake. Avon Lake held a 22-6 lead after one.

To start the second period Jesse Hayes hit an and-one for Padua but missed his free throw. Collin Stewart made his own and-one for Avon Lake. Keegan Rudduck was hit in the face on accidental contact and got a bloody nose. Thankfully he was okay.
