Garfield routs rival Windham behind big games from Gedeon & Hill

WINDHAM, OH- It was a packed house at Marty Hill Court in Windham on Friday night as the Bombers hosted their long time rival Garfield G-MEN. The Bombers were looking to snap a four game losing streak while the G-MEN were trying to stop a three game skid. Both student sections were primed and ready to go for this rivalry matchup.

Windham got off to a fast start scoring the first five points of the game by guard Carlos Bruton. Garfield responded with a 10-0 run with seven of those coming from guard Preston Gedeon. They led 10-5 midway through the first quarter. The teams would go back and forth the rest of the quarter with Garfield taking a 19-12 lead after one. Bruton and Gedeon each posted 9 first quarter points.
