Cleveland Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins has been listed as a healthy inactive for Sunday night's game at Baltimore. The healthy scratch comes as a surprise considering fellow receiver Anthony Schwartz is sidelined with a concussion.
Cleveland will go into the game with four active receivers: Donovan Peoples-Jones who returns from a groin injury, Jarvis Landry, JeMarcus Bradley and JoJo Natson. Running back Demetric Felton will also be utilized as a receiver at times.
The running game will get a boost with the return of running back Kareem Hunt and right tackle Jack Conklin who are both coming off of the IR and are active for the game. Also returning is reserve defensive end Takk McKinley who has missed the previous two games with a groin injury.
